Space Availability - Bass Library

Use the "Category" drop-down above to reserve the following spaces:

• Group Study Rooms
• Individual Study Rooms - ADA-compliant rooms; all other individual study rooms are first-come, first-serve
• Instruction Rooms - only library staff during business hours
• Thain Café High Tables

Reserve an Instruction Room:

Only library staff may book instruction rooms during business hours, 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

• Reservations can be made for up to 4 hours, in 30-minute increments.
• An @yale.edu email is required to reserve the space.
• Your Yale ID will be required to access the room from a proxy reader.
