Instruction rooms can be used for classes, workshops, meetings, and other group work. Select a room name from the grid below to learn more about what is included in each room.
- Reservations can be made in 30-minute windows for up to 4 hours.
- To reserve a room, use a valid @yale.edu e-mail address. Your Yale ID will be required to access the room from a proxy reader.
- Questions about booking instruction rooms can be sent to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: When classes are in session, only library staff may book these rooms before 5pm on weekdays. Students and other Yale affiliates may book these rooms after 5 PM on weekdays, on the weekends when the library is open, or at any time when classes are not in session (i.e. Reading Week).
Masks are required when teaching is occurring.
