Find, Save, and Read Global Health Literature Like a Pro Online
Registration is required.
During this workshop, you will learn how to search a health science database to find literature pertaining to a global health research question, and how to save readings of interest to a citation manager. After we’ve gone through these basics, we will cover how to retrieve the full text of articles so that you can read them, as well as how to annotate readings in your preferred citation manager, or by using a matrix method (Excel works well). At the end of the hour, you will feel great knowing that you can turn to this step-by-step process the next time you are gearing up to review literature. This workshop is open to the entire Medical campus community and might especially appeal to Public Health students.
