Webinar: Biocyc Pathway/ Genome Database Collection: Lactococcus lactis IL1403 PGDB Demonstration In-Person
BioCyc is a collection of 19494 Pathway/Genome Databases (PGDBs) for model eukaryotes and for thousands of microbes, plus software tools for exploring them. BioCyc is an encyclopedic reference that contains curated data from 130,000 publications. This demonstration will focus on the newly released of Lactococcus lactis IL1403 PGDB (pathway/genome database) in BioCyc and how to access, navigate and use some of the bioinformatics tools. The Yale Medical Library provides free access to Biocyc. Register for an account here
