Introducing EndNote 20 for Windows

Introducing EndNote 20 for Windows In-Person

This workshop will be held using Zoom. A link will be sent to registrants one day prior to the event.

Learn what’s new in the latest version of the EndNote citation manager. EndNote helps you to organize your research and easily create bibliographies while writing a paper. You can also collaborate and share references with colleagues. This workshop will demonstrate how to import citations from a research database, attach a PDF file, insert citations in a document, and format a bibliography.

Pre-Session Work: Install EndNote 20. EndNote is available without charge from the Yale Software Library (software.yale.edu).

Participants will:

  • Import citations from article databases and the library catalog
  • Organize citations using groups
  • Cite references and create a bibliography in Word

NEW: Any student who participates in at least 3 library workshops during the fall 2021 semester will be eligible for a prize! How it works: Register for a library workshop or tour. After you have attended at least 3, a librarian will contact you with information about how to pick up your prize. Learn more about this incentive program at: guides.library.yale.edu/WorkshopIncentiveProgram.
