Webinar: Analyze ChIP-seq and ATAC-seq data in Qlucore Omics Explorer In-Person
In this webinar we will show you the improved interface of the Genome browser and how you can work with more data types such as ChIP-seq and ATAC-seq data including peak detection and quantification of peaks. A data matrix of peak data is generated and can be used for visualization and statistical analyses in the standard plots. The Medical Library provides free access to Qlucore Omics Explorer.
