Investigating molecular mechanisms of trimethyltin-induced neurotoxicity and its relevance as a model for dementia In-Person
Trimethyltin (TmT) is a neurotoxin used for inducing neurodegeneration in rodent models of cognitive disorders. In this webinar we will use MetaCore to investigate molecular mechanisms of TmT-induced neurotoxicity and its relevance as a model for dementia by:
– Analysing gene expression and metabolite changes in response to exposure to Trimethyltin
– Building and merging networks to identify transcriptional regulators likely to play a role in neurodegeneration ; and
– Hypothesizing potential biomarkers of dementia.
