Conversations with a Librarian: Diversity and Inclusion in your Research Papers In-Person

In this online workshop, talk with a librarian about ways you can incorporate diversity into your research papers and bibliography.

This workshop is intended to be a conversation. Attendees are encouraged to bring questions and share examples from their own work and experience.

Sample topics include:

  • Why it is important to consider diversity in your bibliography
  • Who gets to publish and how scholarly publishing can be more equitable
  • How to identify resources written by diverse authors, considering but not limited to: race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, and location

Audience: All current Yale students, faculty, and staff are welcome to attend.

Registration: Registration required. You will receive a reminder email 1-hour before the event with the link to the Zoom room.
