[Virtual] RECHARGE during Reading Week: Connect, Color, and De-stress with the Arts Library! In-Person
Join the Arts Library for a virtual coloring event, where we can connect, color and de-stress together during Reading Week. Inspired by Yale’s Office of International Students and Scholars (OISS) event, “...coloring has become popular over the years and can actually help you to relax and de-stress. In fact, according to some health professionals, coloring for adults has the potential to reduce anxiety, create focus, and bring about more mindfulness.”
Drop-in and take some time to recharge through conversation and coloring. It’s a BYOCS (bring your own coloring supplies) event. Below are a few places to download and print free coloring pages. Of course, if you have your own coloring page at home, that works too! You can also color online with the resources listed below:
- Yale Art Gallery Coloring Masterpieces
- Yale’s Peabody Museum Coloring Book
- Color Our Collections: Yale Center for British Art
- Just Color
- Super Coloring Online
