This workshop covers advanced data manipulation techniques using tidyverse packages in R
The workshop assumes familiarity and comfort with basic R commands.
The focus in this session is building familiarity with commands in the tidyverse. We will work with the following packages: tidyr, dplyr and ggplot2

- using the pipe function in dplyr to filter, subset, manipulate, summarize and reshape data
- using tidyr commands to clean and manipulate data
- summarizing data for visualizations using ggplot2
