From Omics Data to Master Regulators and Drug Targets with Genome Enhancer In-Person

Turning transcriptomics and epigenomics into mechanistic insights for disease research and precision medicine

Genome Enhancer (GE) is an integrated bioinformatics solution for transforming omics data into mechanistic models of gene regulation and disease. In this online lecture and live product demonstration, Dr. Alexander Kel will introduce the upstream analysis approach and show how GE combines transcription factor analysis, signaling and metabolic pathways, and curated molecular knowledge to identify key transcription factors, master regulators, and potential therapeutic targets. Using practical examples, the session will demonstrate how differential gene expression and other omics data can be translated from long gene lists into causal regulatory networks and actionable biological hypotheses.

You will learn how to

  • analyze differential gene expression and multi-omics data with GE
  • identify transcription factors controlling disease-associated gene expression
  • reconstruct upstream signaling and regulatory networks
  • discover key master regulators driving pathological processes
  • prioritize potential drug targets and therapeutic strategies
  • connect molecular mechanisms with diseases, pathways, and known drugs
  • move from omics data toward testable hypotheses for precision medicine and drug discovery
