SUMMARY:Overleaf\, GitHub\, Zotero: Syncing Your Bibliography
DESCRIPTION:When you're using Overleaf to write LaTeX documents\, GitHub is
one option you can use to sync your files with your computer.\n\nWhen you
use the reference management tool Zotero for managing your references and
PDFs\, several Zotero features can help you make this connection even
better.\n\nIn this workshop\, you will be able to follow along and set up
this syncing in your own Zotero/Overleaf environment so you
can:\n\n\n	easily upload new references into your Overleaf document\n	have
a backup copy of your Overleaf project (just in case!)\n	explore GitHub for
version control and document management\n\n\nThis hands-on workshop
requires that you:\n\n\n	Create a GitHub account (unless you already have
one) and install GitHub Desktop.\n	Create a Zotero account (unless you
already have one) and download/install Zotero.\n	Create an account on
Overleaf (unless you already have one) with your Yale email.\n\n\nWe will
download and install the Better BibTeX plugin for Zotero during the
workshop\, and we will do most of our LaTeX work in a test Overleaf
document.\n\nAny student who participates in at least 3 library workshops
during the semester will be eligible for a prize. Learn more about the
 Workshop Incentive Program.
