AI and the Literature Review: A Comparison Online
Can you build a literature review with AI? How does it compare to the traditional route? Join us for a session with one goal: to help you choose when, where, and if automation makes sense during your literature search and synthesis. We will compare and contrast various AI tools, discuss the ethics of AI usage, when it’s okay to use, and when it’s no substitute for your brain.
Attendees will:

Use cases and scenarios for AI-enhanced literature reviews

Learn how to evaluate the advantages and limitations of an AI tool from its documentation and test searches

Decide when it makes sense to use an advanced database and search protocol instead

Uncover methods for breaking the lit review task into subtasks for better project management and/or prompting
