Boost your Google Image Searches Online
Learn tips and tricks on how to get better image results from Google Images. This session is great for anyone preparing to do a presentation with images, or who is thinking about publishing, or who simply wants to use and find images.
Attendees will learn how to:
- Identify effective search strategies and filtering tools in Google Images to find high-quality, relevant images for academic or professional projects.
- Explain basic copyright concepts related to image use, including how to determine when an image can be reused or shared.
- Apply appropriate citation practices for images in presentations, publications, or other creative and scholarly works.
Audience: All members of the Yale community are welcome to attend.
Registration: Registration required. If you register less than 1-hour before the event starts, email tess.colwell@yale.edu for the Zoom link.
