Accelerating Biomarker Discovery with Public Single-Cell & Spatial Data: Practical Workflows with Talk2Data In-Person
Registration required
Public single-cell and spatial transcriptomics datasets have become invaluable resources for biomarker discovery and hypothesis generation. In this one-hour webinar, we will demonstrate practical workflows using Talk2Data and SpatialX to rapidly interrogate public datasets and generate biologically meaningful insights.
Through real-world case studies in oncology, neuroscience, and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), attendees will learn how to answer common translational research questions, including:
- Which genes are differentially expressed between disease and healthy tissues?
- Which cell types drive disease-associated molecular changes?
- How can candidate biomarkers be identified and validated across multiple public studies?
- How can spatial transcriptomics reveal where biomarkers are localized and how neighboring cells interact within the tissue microenvironment?
