🏆Finding the Evidence: Searching Business Source Ultimate and the Healthcare Administration Database Online

In this class, participants will learn when and how to effectively utilize the Healthcare Administration Database and Business Source Ultimate databases. It will go over the differences between the databases/the platforms they are on and their searching styles. By the end of the class, attendees will be able to create searches on both Ebscohost databases (Business Source Complete) and Proquest databases (Healthcare Administration Database) to answer health system sciences questions.

Learning objectives:

  1. Understand the structure and benefits of the Healthcare Administration Database
  2. Understand the structure and benefits of Business Source Ultimate
  3. Employ advanced search strategies such as translating a search from one database to another, despite differences in platforms
