DIY Video Tutorials Part 1: Scoping your idea and storyboarding In-Person
At the end of this five-part series, you’ll know how to create a video tutorial using software likely already on your computer like Zoom and PowerPoint. Come with a general idea of a short video you’d like to make – explaining a scientific concept, promoting your work, demonstrating a software function – and learn how to translate that idea into a pedagogically sound, accessible, polished tutorial ready for distribution by the end of the month.
Throughout the series, the instructor will be holding office hours for additional support as participants work on their projects.
