NIH All of Us Data Training Series: Live Demonstration of Cohort Building, Dataset Building, and Jupyter Notebooks In-Person

Registration is required.

In this training session, we will conduct a live demonstration on the cohort builder and dataset builder functions in the All of Us Workbench. Additionally, we will explore the analysis section using R within Jupyter Notebooks.

Learning objectives

  • By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
    • Create and manage a workspace (storage & billing)
    • Share and collaborate within workspaces
    • Build cohorts and datasets
    • Navigate the analysis environment and run basic analyses

Technical requirements (software packages, BYO computer, etc.)
