Cleaning and Analyzing Complex Data with R Tidyverse In-Person

This intermediate R workshop introduces researchers to the data manipulation, analysis, and visualization tools affiliated with the Tidyverse suite. Participants will learn how to clean, summarize, and merge data frames using dplyr, how to visualize these distributions using ggplot2, and how to chain and map functions using pipes, mapp, and purrr. Additionally, the workshop will cover techniques for reshaping data with tidyr and performing group-wise operations efficiently. By the end of the workshop, researchers will have a robust understanding of Tidyverse packages, enabling them to streamline their data workflows and create insightful visualizations.

Audience: This workshop is intended to introduce R users to basic Tidyverse syntax. While all levels are encouraged, some familiarity with functional programming and control structures in R is strongly recommended.
