Evidence-based public health with free information resources Online
In this training, graduates of the Yale School of Public Health can learn about free information resources to find and read high-quality public health information.
- Free bibliographic databases (PubMed, Lens, OpenAlex, Google Scholar)
- Free ways to get around paywalls (PMC, Open Access Button, Unpaywall)
- Free citation manager Zotero
Participants will learn to leverage those free resources to practice evidence-based public health, even if you don't have a current university affiliation or library subscriptions.
All Yale affiliates and alumni are welcome; the examples will center public health literature.
