Introduction to tidyverse: writing efficient R code

Introduction to tidyverse: writing efficient R code In-Person

Presenter: Sameet Mehta, PhD. Yale Center for Genome Analysis

The Tidyverse is a collection of R packages designed to streamline data manipulation and visualization tasks, offering a consistent grammar and data structure (known as tidy data) across various functions, making it easier to explore, transform, and visualize datasets.

This hands-on workshop will introduce the Tidyverse meta-package and give a glimpse of how we can use its tools to write code that is compact, readable, and maintainable.
