Loupe Browser Software: Visualize & Analyze 10x Genomics Visium HD Spatial Transcriptomics Datasets In-Person
Attendees of this event will use a human colorectal cancer dataset to learn how to visualize and analyze a 10x Genomics Visium HD spatial transcriptomics dataset using the Loupe Browser software.
Learning goals:
- Overview of Visium HD spatial data processing and analysis
- Data exploration and cell-type mapping in Loupe Browser
- Introduction to downstream analyses using community tools
Relevant files will be provided to registered attendees for them to follow along during the session. After the session, attendees will receive important links and resources.
