Attendees to this event will learn how to visualize & analyze a 10x Genomics dataset for lung cancer using the Loupe Browser software.
Learning goals:
1. Aggregate multiple samples into a single matrix
2. Annotate dataset using community-developed tools
3. Carry out differential gene expression analysis across multiple samples & generate plots
Relevant files to use during the session will be sent to the registered attendees. They can follow using these files during the session, if desired.
