Zotero for Undergraduate Projects In-Person

A hands-on, 1-hour workshop using Zotero to learn research and organization strategies -- including how to leverage cloud storage, saved citations, annotation tools, and Word/Google Doc integrations -- to keep undergraduate research projects on track.

This session is great for any undergraduate student embarking on a large research project or fellowship. Hosted by librarians and current Yale students.

Using Zotero, participants will learn how to:

  • Enable cloud storage
  • Save and organize citations from Yale Library and around the web
  • Take research and reading notes
  • Integrate Microsoft Word and Google Docs

Before this session, students are welcome to download Zotero (optional). For instructions, see guides.library.yale.edu/citationmanagement.

Audience: This workshop is intended for current undergraduate students.

Registration: Required for access to the Zoom room. You will also receive a reminder email 1-hour before the event.

Any student who attends at least 3 library workshops this semester will be eligible to receive a Yale Library tote bag. Learn more about the Workshop Incentive Program.
