How to Find Scholarly Articles Online
Are you ready to find articles thoroughly and efficiently - without relying on Google Scholar while also avoiding pesky pay-walls? In 30-minutes, learn strategies to find the best possible scholarly sources from Yale Library's databases, including Quicksearch Articles+ and subject-specific databases.
Attendees will learn how to:
- navigate to Quicksearch and Articles+ to find scholarly articles
- locate Yale’s subscription databases (think: JSTOR and ScienceDirect)
- identify Advanced Search features
- broaden and narrow search results using operators AND, OR, and NOT
Audience: Undergraduate students.
