Set Yourself Up for Success: An Introduction to Citation Managers for EMPH Students Online
Join other first-year EMPH students (other MPH students welcome too) to learn about citation managers with public health librarian Kate Nyhan. You can use citation managers to save and organize readings of interest in one central place, read and mark up the full-text PDFs of articles, auto-cite references in a paper you’re writing in your preferred citation style, and more! Kate will highlight some of her favorite features– like the group library feature of Zotero, and the cite while you write (CWYW) component of EndNote for in-text citations. Students are encouraged to read through the Zotero Quick Start Guide, and/or watch a seven-minute video tutorial on how to use EndNote in advance of this live Zoom workshop. Video for Mac users here. Video for Windows users here.
