9:10 a.m. - 9:20 a.m.: Words of welcome from University Librarian Barbara Rockenbach
9:20 a.m. – 9:40 a.m.: Course reserves and purchase requests
9:40 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.: Teaching with Library Staff – Undergraduate courses, Graduate/Professional courses, Using Special Collections for instruction
10:00 a.m. – 10:20 a.m.: Research Support Services – Data support, GIS, statistical analysis, digital humanities, bioinformatics, and related services
10:20 a.m. – 10:40 a.m.: Tour of Sterling Library and Bass Library
