ORCID: An Identifier for Your Research In-Person
ORCID is a unique identifier — an Open Researcher and Contributor ID — that links your research outputs/activities to one another. Increasingly, funders, publishesr, and other research services require it. So — what is it, and how can you use it effectively?
In this short workshop, we will:
- Show you how to create and update your ORCID profile
- Walk you through ways to quickly add article information to your ORCID
- Describe some ways that you can use ORCID to log into and search systems that you may regularly use
