Qlucore Omics Explorer allow researchers to perform advanced visualization, exploration and statistical analysis of omics data with the help of an intuitive GUI. Targets of interest can be further explored in terms of biological insight using GO and GSEA.

Single cell sequencing is one solution for approaching a set of seemingly inaccessible problems, whereby cellular functions can be investigated extensively, enabling insights into various biomedical conditions.

In this session, we will explore scRNAseq dataset, filter variable and sample input, set up statistical and functional analysis, configure various plots to visualize results (3D PCA, t-SNE, heatmap, box plot, Venn diagram, Volcano plot).

Qlucore Omics Explorer offers new-generation user interface, and one of the fastest and most efficient platforms for non-experts in bioinformatics and biostatistics.
