Project Management: Developing Successful Stakeholder Agreements In-Person

Have you ever heard a project stakeholder say to you "that's not what I asked for!" when you reach the end of the project? Have you ever experienced a deep fear that the scope and intent of a project at its inception will not remotely resemble the end result?

If you answered yes to either question, this workshop is for you!

Join SCOPA and the UX Community of Practice in a half-day workshop presented by Dan Klyn of the University of Michigan School of Information to learn how to create a high-fidelity model of project stakeholders' intent for a given product or service- before the project begins. This modeling process has been refined in commercial engagements with more than 100 clients over 7 years of information architecture consulting practice, and its outputs provide an invaluable basis for attaining durable agreement between stakeholders and project team members alike regarding "what good means."
