The Medical Library license TRANSFAC and Proteome for the analysis of omics data. geneXplain platform is an online toolbox and workflow management system for a broad range of bioinformatic and systems biology applications, including upstream analysis (integrated promoter-pathway analysis) based on data from TRANSFAC and PROTEOME (HumanPSD+TRANSPATH).

This webinar will demonstrate how the geneXplain platform is organized, from uploading your data to submitting them to analysis.
