Webinar: Qlucore, making new discoveries with your omics data In-Person
Register for a Qlucore account
Presenter: Yana Stackpole, Ph.D., Field Scientist, Qlucore
Qlucore Omics Explorer allow researchers to perform advanced visualization, exploration and statistical analysis of omics data with the help of an intuitive GUI. Targets of interest can be further explored in terms of biological insight using GO and GSEA.
By using an RNA-seq dataset, we will show how to use Qlucore to:
- explore the sample groups for structures and identify what they represent using annotations
- manipulate sample annotations, color samples and variables on a PCA, heatmap
- define groups for statistical analysis – data subsets
- set up statistical analysis (ANOVA and t-test) to find differentially expressed variables
- configure signature or Box plots
- use functional lists (markers, pathways) to explore them in your dataset
- run enrichment analysis to identify affected pathways, etc
- compare independent datasets
From the GUI perspective, we will focus on:
- managing your analysis (dataframe, annotations)
- managing your results (configure plots, variable lists, export)
- reports and Logs function: save specific points of analysis, and pdf analysis overview
