Who are FRED and ALFRED? The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis Research department maintains these databases to provide economic data.
FRED® (Federal Reserve Economic Data) is an online database of more than 385,000 economic data time series from 80 national, international and public and private sources.
ALFRED® (Archival Federal Reserve Economic Data) is a collection of vintage versions of economic data.
